REFUND POLICY
Substitutions
Every product is contingent upon stock levels. We retain the right, without prior notice, to substitute a product of equal value and quality in the case of any supply issues. We will contact you as soon as we can if we are unable to fulfill all or a portion of your purchase (the product or any alternative goods at all).
Amendments or cancelation
For any reason, you can contact website.uae@hollandi.com by email or by phoning (+971) 54 710 4061 to modify or cancel your order. Kindly notify us 48 hours in advance of the desired delivery date and time. If you cancel your order within 48 hours of the delivery date and time, we would be pleased to provide you a 3-month coupon that may be used within the same category of the product you originally ordered. If you cancel your order before 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date and time, we are pleased to provide you with a refund. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Replacement and Resend policy
We will only provide a replacement item that falls into the same price range and category if our product fails to live up to your expectations for a valid cause. If you picked up the item from one of our stores, you will need to send it back to that store to get a replacement.
If you decide it is not suitable to replace the flowers, we will be pleased to give you a three-month coupon that may be applied against any item in the same category that you initially bought.
Due to the perishable nature of the majority of our items, we recommend that you inspect your item upon collection and notify us right away if there are any issues at the time of delivery.
Your item must be returned in its original packaging and the same condition as you got it to be eligible for a replacement or voucher. A proof of purchase or receipt must be given.
