INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY

Delivery Service Timing: 9 am to 9 pm (9 am-12 pm/12 pm-3 pm/3 pm-6 pm/6 pm-9 pm) On busy days this may change.

Post Order Processing Time: Any order received through the website may take 1 to 2 hours of processing time.

Delivery Time Range: The minimum delivery time range is 3 hours after processing the order but may vary depending on the circumstances, such as the traffic conditions, special holidays, call response of the recipient, etc.

Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is offered for orders placed before 5 pm local time, 7 days a week.

Payment Method : Visa or Master debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and  merchant Policies and rules.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

For Post Dated Order: Orders placed online can be canceled 48 HOURS BEFORE the delivery date by contacting our website followed by a cancellation e-mail. For Refunds, kindly refer to our Refund Policy.

Same-Day Delivery Orders: Same-day delivery cancellation after placing the order will not be accepted.

 

REFUND POLICY

We’ll give you a coupon that is good for two months after the cancellation date.  To place a fresh order, get in touch with the website and request an email confirmation that includes the item code.

Particularly during holidays like Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Eid-al-Fitr, and Eid-al-Adha, this could happen. If the arrangement’s general aesthetic is preserved, different flower varieties and colors may be employed. If the replacement significantly deviates from the style or substance of the advertised goods, we will try to contact you via phone or email to get your consent before moving further. All replacements will be done with suitable goods that are of the same caliber and worth as the initial order.

 

PRICES

Prices listed within the Plaza Hollandi service are valid for a maximum of 14 days after submitting your order.

We offer free delivery for orders of AED350 and above. For orders below AED 350, a delivery fee of AED 25 will be charged.

WARRANTY

Fresh flowers and plants once sold will not be refunded or exchanged.

DELIVERY OVERVIEW

For orders totaling AED 350 or more, we provide free delivery. Orders under AED 350 will incur an AED 25 shipping cost. Orders ordered by 5 p.m. can be sent the same day. Deliveries within the city of Dubai must take at least three hours. There will be deliveries from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. If your preferred delivery time is available, you will be notified at the time of purchase.

The nearest business day before or after the selected date will be used for the delivery of any orders placed for those days. Fridays and public holidays are closed days for our head office; emails will be responded to on the first working day following the closure day or days.

Orders placed beyond the time we’ve specified will be delivered the next day.

We promise to use every effort to deliver your merchandise within the United Arab Emirates, straight to the receiver, and on schedule. If the receiver is in a hospital, office, hotel, or any other type of business site, kindly take into account the business opening hours. It is not possible to guarantee deliveries to facilities with strong security requirements in place. PO BOX addresses are not where we deliver.

Please make sure that the entire address—Building, Street, Zone, and any precise landmarks of the intended recipient, as well as any potential phone number—is included in order to prevent delivery issues or delays.
